Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class in which students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. You will utilize the chair as a seat or support to make poses accessible, and to find new ways to stretch and strengthen the body. You will leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed and you can take these postures back to your desk to continue reaping their benefits throughout your workday.
